V2: Ferguson House on Curtis Pond for 3 Nights
Our house is directly on Curtis Pond, in Maple Corner. It is a fantastic location all year long. Summer swimming, leaf peeping in the fall, ice-skating and cross-country skiing right out of the door in winter. The location feels private, but not isolated. The house is great for couples, singles, and families. We have a canoe, kayak and a SUP. Wonderful bird watching! Maple corner is a magical spot. The Maple corner store is within walking distance. Montpelier is 10 miles; Stowe is 30 miles away. This house was just built in 2016. It is very sunny and bright and sits about 18 inches from the lake! The house is about 1300 square feet. Downstairs has a large main room, a bathroom and an extra little room with a daybed. There is a wood burning stove and a propane heater. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. All beds are new and have yummy cotton sheets, cotton quilts and duvets. This a bohemian camp-that is rustic – with luxurious rugs, nice linens, lovely art and a well- supplied kitchen. There is parking for 2 medium cars, but it is snug. See the rest of the information and pictures here. You must book this through the owner (and NOT through Airbnb) in advance of your stay.

G3a: 4 Rounds of 9 Holes at Woodbury Golf Course
This 9-hole par 3 course is no ordinary executive course. Members certainly consider it the best short course in Vermont.
Situated at 1500 ft, in the heart of Vermont, Woodbury Golf Course boasts bent grass greens and a challenging layout. The sixth hole is the shortest at 116 yards and is where we have the most holes-in-one. Our longest is the 185 yard fourth. Depending on wind direction you might launch a mid-iron hoping to hold the green or attack it with a fairway metal or hybrid hoping you have enough club. This course is fun to play, and is enjoyed by both low handicappers, and beginners. For the low handicappers we host well-sponsored scratch competitions and league activities. For those with handicaps and those just learning, we offer a variety of tournaments as well as league competition, and the course offers a low-pressure, learning-friendly atmosphere. We are located in South Woodbury Vermont, atop East Hill Road, just 30 minutes from Montpelier off route 14.
